Founded in 1985, we have a plethora of experience in providing high quality supported housing and rehabilitation services for vulnerable adults with enduring mental illness, learning disabilities, substance/ alcohol misuse, and other complex needs. Thanks to our extensive experience, we are proud to be recognised as a market leader in this industry with special thanks to the dedication, passion and success of our teams.

Since our birth in 1985, we have grown our capacity to over 190 rooms, we have helped hundreds of people regain their independence and continue to support and rebuild the lives of the most vulnerable. We provide a range of services, including step down services from low secure hospital discharge to independent living across SW London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey.

We have beautiful, high quality 2-13 bedroom homes that provide a home from home environment to ensure the comfort and happiness of our service users is catered too. All of our supported living homes are within easy reach of local amenities, public transport and access to education and employment opportunities to ensure our service users have the best possible opportunity to improve their quality of life and fulfill their needs independently, where appropriate.

Our goal for every service user is to achieve positive long-term outcomes. By working in line with the personalised care plan and progress agenda, and in partnership with commissioners, social services, health care professionals, family members and other agencies, we can make this a reality. The family and loved ones of our service users are involved at every stage of this process, ultimately we are all a team and together we will achieve our goal.
