Our Promise to You

At Comfort Care Services, our promise to you is simple. We promise to do everything we can to help you or your loved one live a more fulfilling life and improve their quality of life. We understand seeking care or support for yourself or a loved one can be a daunting task and we will do everything we can to make this process as stress free for you as possible.

We work very closely with Social Services, Community Mental Health (CHMT) and Supporting People within the leading local authorities across the South of England and have built very fulfilling relationships with these partners which allow us to offer a very high standard of care.

We are incredibly proud of our teams and the level of care they give to those most in need. Together, we will work with you towards an independent and fulfilling life, assessing a change in need at every stage.

We have a holistic approach to our service and work hard on building individual, person-centred care plans involving social workers, psychiatrists, GPs, care workers, advocates, extended family and most importantly, you.

Through our team of highly qualified and experienced staff, we can offer a range of services depending on your needs. Ranging from intensive support to high/ medium/ floating (low level) support, 24 hour a day care and even just popping in for an hour a week to help. We will be as involved as you would like us to be and will always have our specialists and counsellors on hand to offer further expert advice should it be needed.
